The Airprene Thumb Spica is made from high grade breathable Airprene material with stretch fabric on both sides. 

It has bound edges that provide compressive support to the wrist and thumb. 

The metal stay extends along the thumb to restrict movement at the CMC and MCP joints leaving the IP joint free.
