Frequently Asked Questions1.  How do I use your website?

We’ve tried to make TalarMade as easy to use as possible. However, if you’re having problems please take a look at our 6 simple steps to placing your order below.

1.1  Browsing our website

The home page is a good starting point for finding your way around the TalarMade website. We’ve included a number of features to help you find what you're looking for as quickly and as easily as possible. In addition, you can use the top and left navigation to help find your way around. Don’t forget, wherever you are on the website, you can go back to the home page by simply clicking on ‘Home’ from the top menu or the TalarMade logo at the very top left of the website.

1.2  Using the shopping basket

1.2.1  Once you’ve found the product (s) you’d like to order, please select the colour, size or body part where applicable. If you’re ready to place your order simply click on the green ‘Add to Basket’ button below the product title. It’s as simple as that, the item you want to order should be displayed in our secure ‘Checkout’ in the top right corner of the website.

1.2.2  Feel free to browse the rest of the website before completing your order. To do so please click on the ‘Home’ link in the top left-hand corner or use the links in the top or left navigation.

1.2.2  When you’re ready to place your order please click on the ‘Checkout’ button in the top right of the website.

1.3  Delivery

All orders to UK Mainland are delivered by UPS. Your order can be delivered to your home, office or even to your neighbour’s house.

If your order is for outside UK Mainland please contact our Customer Services Team who can arrange delivery for you. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5pm and Friday 8:45am to 4:30pm.

1.4  Using the checkout

Once you're in our checkout, your web browser will start using our secure connection which encrypts information sent to and from your computer, ensuring no one can read or edit the information; your details remain safe!

You will see your order on the Checkout page. If you decide you want to change your order simply click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button and select the product you'd like to order. To remove the original item from our secure checkout click on the red cross next to that item.

To place your order click on the ‘Place your order’ button. Next we will ask you for some details in order to complete your order. You will either be asked to provide your login details (if you already have an account with us) or you will be asked to register, providing the following information; name, address, telephone number and credit/debit card details. Your credit/debit details will not be kept for future visits or for any other purpose to help keep them secure. Once you have completed all required fields, we ask you to double check all the information you have entered to ensure it is correct. Once you’re happy, please click on the ‘Submit’ button. Your order is then sent to our warehouse where it is processed for delivery.

Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email containing a copy of the items you have purchased. If you notice anything is incorrect when you receive this email please contact our Customer Services Team as soon as possible on +44(0)1246 268 456 (Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5pm and Friday 8:45am to 3:45pm).

1.5  Dispatching your order

Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched that day, however orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Your order will be delivered by UPS or Royal Mail to the delivery address you requested.

3.  How do I contact you?

4.  Can I pick my order up from you?

Yes you may. Please arrange a suitable time with our Customer Services Team on +44(0) 1246 268 456. Our offices are open Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5pm, Friday 8:45am to 4:30pm.

5.  Where is my order?

If for some reason your order does not arrive when expected please contact our Customer Services Team on +44(0) 1246 268 456. Our offices are open Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5pm, Friday 8:45am to 3:45pm.

6.  I am a Healthcare Professional, can I order from you?

Yes you can. Please click on the ‘Health Professional’ button on the top right-hand corner of the website. You will either be asked to log in to your account (if you have previously shopped with us) or register. If this is the first time you have used the TalarMade website as a healthcare professional, we will need to approve your account.  This is normally done in a few minutes during 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.  However, if you register outside of this time, we will approve your account during the next working day.  Once you have been approved, you can use the TalarMade website at any time.  Thank you for your patience. 

7.  I am a patient/consumer, can I order from you?

Yes you can. Please use either the home page or the top/left navigation to find the products you are looking after. Once you have placed the items in your basket you may place your order by clicking on the ‘Checkout’ button in the top right of the website.

8.  What happens if I have ordered the wrong item(s)?

If you ordered the wrong item please contact our Customer Services Team as soon as possible on +44(0) 1246 268 456 during our working hours of Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5pm and Friday 8:45am to 4:30pm. You have the right to cancel your order up to the point of order dispatch. Thereafter order cancellation will be treated as an order return.

9.  How are my details kept safe and secure?

10.  Can you send me a catalogue?

Yes, if you are a healthcare professional or distributor please contact our Customer Services Team on +44(0)1246 268 456 (Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5pm and Friday 8:45am to 4:30pm).

11.  What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you would like to return your TalarMade order, you may do so. Please visit our Returns Policy page for details.

12.  When are your offices open?

13. Can I apply for VAT Exemption?
